The TechnicBay is consistently specialised (vertical) advertising system, aimed exclusively on presentation and exchange of all information pertinent to branch of machine-tool and forming machines, tools, measuring instruments and another manufacturing equipment in the machine industry. Putting of records is free without payment. The Technicbay consists of the following basic sections:
Records of each section are classified in by the specialised branch nomenclature. The TechnicBay creates new and makes more effective existing business relations between the sellers and the buyers. The multilingual TechnicBay provides to its registered users global and herewith goal-directed promotion of firms, offers and demands of products and services. Information of the Server Technicbay is accessible to any user of the world-wide network Internet.

The non-registered user (thus each visitor of the Technicbay server) has the only possibility to read majority of information on the Technicbay server, but also they can put advert directly. However only the registered user has chance to insert and edit own records and make use of series of another system functions and to active present his firm and offer or demand products and services.
After registration form filling in and its sending it is possible immediately logon into the administrative part of the system My Technicbay, which contains in addition tools for administration of own activities. For logging into the system and user identification serves user's name and password. These data must be remembered and their confidence secured in suitable way. In case of faulty inserted data at logging in, the system offers you possibility of the forgotten password sending on your registered e-mail address. Condition is the knowledge of the user's name.
At the registration operator approves access of the new user. Only after this checking carrying out are automatically yet inserted and another logged in records immediately displayed on the Technicbay pages.
Section Firms
In this section are kept all firm's data. The section serves for direct presentation of firms with introducing all contact information and another data. A firm may be classified (within sections Machines & Acc., Capacities, Machine parts) into one or more categories of the branch nomenclature - see the My Technicbay. Only such may be a firm found out through this nomenclature. Further it is possible to add logo and another photographs to increase a firm presentation efficiency. Among record a firm in this section (and as the case may be even the contact person) and records of another sections are ensured mutual interconnecting links. These links may be ensured even only among individual firms - see hereinafter the Collaborating firms. To a firm it is possible to add random quantity of contact persons with introduction of competencies and contact data. At inserting records - products, services, articles etc. may to any such record select from a list one person as the contact one. (Some firms of this section are inserted by system operator and have only information character. At registration of a user - firm shall be this contingent duplicate record removed).
Section Machines & accessories
The section contains offers and demands for both new and used machine-tool and forming machines, tools, measuring instruments and another manufacturing equipment. Each record may contain detailed technical, visual and business information about particular product and must be classified in corresponding branch category.
Section Production capacities
Is primarily aimed on offer of production capacities of machinery firms on machine-tools and forming machines and another manufacturing equipment. However demands may be inserted as well. Each individual record determines manufacturing capacity of one particular machine or set of machines with identical technical and technological features and must be classified into the corresponding branch category. It may contain detailed technical and visual information about manufacturing equipment and another business conditions.
Section Machine parts
It is primarily aimed on demands for particular machine part by drawing documentation on machine-tool and forming machines and another manufacturing equipment. It is possible to insert even demands. Each individual record determines particular machinery manufacturing part, specified by manufacturing procedure, which is determined by selection of one or more technological categories (e.g. Shaft - Turning, Grinding and Heat treatment). It may contain another technical information and business conditions and further drawing documentation in electronic form, aimed for download.
Section Reporter
This section contains arbitrary news from the machinery branch. It incorporates the following basic categories:

Entering is possible from the Administration in section My Technicbay (after registered user logon). The user selects relevant section of the Administration and presses command for new record. At form filling in it is necessary to select the following procedure:

Efficiency of entered records
Effect of records on the TechnicBay extremely depends on quantity of added information, which is at disposal to the other side.
We recommend the following rules:
Recording of photographs and logo
We recommend using the format JPG or GIF with high compression degree. Maximum size of graphic file is limited; we recommend images of size up to 30 kB. At most records is image placement resolutely set up, the user only searches out appropriate file on his local disc and than records it on the Technicbay (do not forget always rightly save the record at end). At the Reporter has the user possibility to affect image placement in his article.
System of language version selection
The system Technicbay is multilingual and as such comprehensive for wide international professional public. Records in sections Firms, Machines and accessories, Capacities and Machine parts, inserted by the advertisers contain in addition descriptive items with arbitrary text, which are in the editing forms colour highlighted and are supported by system of language version selection. More languages may filled in to these items.
The English version of descriptive items is implicit - i.e. if there are not except this English version filled in any other language versions, there is always displayed only this implicit (English) version, irrespectively on selected language pages of the system Technicbay. Accordingly if the advertiser fills in only one language version, it is suitable to write the text (in any language) just into this into English implicit version. At filling in of more than one language description the user yet inserts the text in particular language into the corresponding language version.
This principle is not applied at sections Reporter and Calendar (here, if there is filled in ONLY one text language version, than is inserted into the relevant language variant - not preferentially into the implicit - English - version).
Non-public demands
Demands in the sections Machines and accessories, Capacities and Machine parts may be both public and non-public. At the public records is for all server visitors introduced contact on an advertiser. To contacts on the non-public record advertisers have access only the registered users.
Sending news by e-mail
The registered user may set up the automatic and regular sending of news, offers and demands on the e-mail (at the registration Passive are not sent demands). May be set up arbitrary quantity of filters, hereat each of them contains:

This function enables to firms with registration to create mutual interconnection of more firms. Typical case may be connection of producers and their distributors. However reasons for association of firms may be different. Advantages of firm interconnections are clear: cumulation of relevant information.
Inserting of vast volume of records
The users with many of records may utilise free operator's service, which is inserting of bigger record volume without necessity of manual inserting through the www system interface. Data are sent to a user through e-mail, which takes care of these data recording on server. Format of data being sent may be type XLS or TXT, where are the items divided e.g. by tabulators.

Aside from standard display of individual records it is possible it's highlighting on the Technicbay pages. There exist two types of record highlighting:

The operator serves only as the provider of the www space on the TechnicBay.com to make user's records public. The business and financial transaction arising from information on the Technicbay.com are carried out between the user and a third party (without any participation of the operator).
The user may introduce only true and entire information about him and his products and services. Is forbidden to insert records, which content does not correspond with TechnicBay specialisation and which are in conflict with the law. The operator reserves right, in case of flagrant violation of these conditions, prevent to a user access to the system and delete his records.
Condition for access to the system Technicbay is registration of the user. At registration may the user introduce only true data and may not pretend existence under false identity. The operator reserves right to prevent access into the system in case of incorrect data entering, at abuse or doubts on user's identity.
In the registration form the user selects his enrolment data - user's name and password and is obliged to take care in appropriate way about its confidentiality. These data serve for entry on pages My Technicbay with the menu Administration.
The operator does not guarantee entirety and truthfulness of the inserted data and is not responsible for any damages arising by publishing such information in the global network Internet.
The operator, with regard on global network Internet character, does not guarantee 100% functionality and accessibility of the system. In case when the operator from any reason disallow accessibility of the system Technicbay.com for time longer than 20 days in a year, he shall return to the user part of settled payment, proportional to time when was the system inaccessible in course of the paid service.

The system Technicbay provides 2 ways of required information finding:
- Basic searching - by key word entering and area of searching specification
- Nomenclature - specific branch nomenclature enables detailed classification of all records
Records inserting
Entering is possible from the Administration in section My Technicbay (after registered user logon). The user selects relevant section of the Administration and presses command for new record. At form filling in it is necessary to select the following procedure:
- At first classify record into category of branch nomenclature
- Fill in at least the obligatory data in the form
- Add to the record one or more images
- Lastly always record these data on the server by pressing of the button Save
In some sections is part of the edit form data marked as "Function setting", where checking of relevant pane means:
- Archive - the record is not temporary displayed on the Technicbay pages
- Non-public - the demand is not public - see the Non-public demands, the record is free of charge
Efficiency of entered records
Effect of records on the TechnicBay extremely depends on quantity of added information, which is at disposal to the other side.
We recommend the following rules:
- Fill in at records a multi-language versions of description items. Such are addressed clients from different countries
- Provide maximum information, relating to the record. Introduce particular data on state and features of a product or service, no questions can remain open
- Graphic information remarkably increases successfulness of a offer (demand), therefore add to your records definitely photographs
